These Terms govern your access to and use of GoGetup. By creating an account or using the
app, you agree to them — please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
GoGetup is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app — including AI-generated diet plans and blood-report readings — is medical advice. See Section 4 before relying on anything health-related.
01 Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Digital Mascot, a GST-registered sole proprietorship based in India ("GoGetup", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the GoGetup mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use GoGetup — the same age floor set out in our Privacy Policy's Children's Privacy section. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide us is accurate.
03 The Service
GoGetup helps you track meals, water, weight, and fasting, and uses AI to identify food from photos, barcodes, and voice, generate diet plans, and read uploaded blood reports. Features and their availability may change over time as we improve the app.
04 Health & Medical Disclaimer
GoGetup is not a substitute for professional medical or dietetic advice. AI-generated diet plans and blood-report readings are informational only and may be wrong or incomplete. Confirm any plan with a qualified nutritionist or your doctor before following it, and never change prescribed medication without medical guidance. When a blood report shows critical values, GoGetup refuses to generate a diet plan and directs you to see a doctor instead — that safeguard is not a diagnosis, and doesn't replace one.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your diet, exercise, medication, or health based on anything shown in the app.
05 Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@gogetup.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
06 Your Content & License
You keep ownership of everything you upload — meal photos, blood reports, voice recordings, and anything else ("Your Content"). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze it solely to provide and improve the Service to you (for example, sending a meal photo to an AI processor to identify what's on the plate). Consistent with our Privacy Policy, we do not use your health information to train a general-purpose AI model, and we don't sell Your Content or use it for advertising.
You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for not uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or images of other people without their consent.
07 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for anything unlawful, or upload content you don't have the rights to;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or source code;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access to it;
Circumvent quota limits, rewarded-ad gates, or other access controls;
Use the Service to build a competing product using our AI outputs or content.
08 Ads & Purchases
GoGetup is currently free to use and supported by in-app advertising (Google AdMob), as described in our Privacy Policy. Some AI features have a daily free limit; watching a rewarded ad unlocks one additional use for the day. We don't currently offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases — if that changes, we'll update these Terms and let you know in the app before you're asked to pay for anything.
09 Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and processors — including AI processing partners, Supabase, Google Sign-In, Google Health Connect, Google AdMob, and public nutrition databases — detailed in Section 3 of our Privacy Policy. We don't control these providers' own infrastructure or terms, and aren't responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what applicable law requires.
10 Intellectual Property
Everything in the Service besides Your Content — including the GoGetup name, logo, design, and underlying software — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it except as the Service itself allows (for example, exporting your own logged data).
11 Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Progress → Account → Delete account — this is immediate, permanent, and removes every row of your data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect other users or the Service itself.
12 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results (nutrition estimates, diet plans, blood-report readings) will be accurate or complete.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGetup and Digital Mascot won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Because GoGetup is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to ₹5,000 (five thousand Indian Rupees) or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
14 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights through content you upload.
15 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us (Section 17); if that doesn't resolve it, the dispute will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the courts of India having exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
16 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and let you know in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use GoGetup after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
